Through my Bar Mitzvah Project, I chose to honor my very first friend, Nathan Gordon. Nathan was someone who was positive, kind and selfless. He always made others feel special and I admired his positivity even when facing pain. Together, we loved to play blackjack and poker.
I have committed to raising money in Nathan's memory through a fundraising night of poker and blackjack play.
Join us February 4th at 6 PM for blackjack, poker dinner and drinks. Location will be provided upon receipt of RSVP and donation.
Suggested donation for participation is $50 for kids and $100 for adults. We encourage you to make any gift, if you are able, to honor Nathan’s memory and support the Celebrating Futures Fund.
We hope you'll join us in supporting this effort to honor his memory through community togetherness and fundraising to strengthen the commitment to finding better treatments and cures for Cancer and Blood Disorders for children by providing neuro-oncology programmatic support, continuing ground-breaking research and clinical trials, as well as fund academic meetings and symposiums focused on pediatric brain and spinal cord tumor research.
Thank you for helping me honor Nathan and supporting this important cause ,
