Our beloved son, Joshua James Jirsa (January 31, 2001 to December 26, 2022) was born with a congenital heart defect which was corrected with surgery at nine months. Josh received care from the wonderful team at the Rady Children’s Cardiology group throughout his life. He loved making music and was training to become a sound engineer and music producer and was also a musician who loved playing and composing on the piano. He loved building all kinds of things including legos, rockets, and computers and loved playing his video games.

We are honored by any donation in his name to support the wonderful Cardiology team at Rady Children’s that supported Josh and his family throughout his life. Thank you.
