TICKETS & DONATIONS

Thank you for your interest in supporting the CHARGE Syndrome Center at Rady Children’s Hospital. 

To attend the CHARGE into the Future Gala, please follow the below instructions to provide the minimum donation for your ticket(s) or table(s). If you are unable to attend, but would like to provide a donation to the Rady’s CHARGE Center, please click on the DONATE NOW button on this team page. 

100% of all donations received are tax-deductible and will go directly to the CHARGE Syndrome Center. Your support is appreciated.

To attend the CHARGE into the Future Gala, please complete the following:

1. Click on the DONATE NOW button on the top right of this page.
2. Enter your donation amount under the GIFT INFORMATION section.
• Minimum Donation for one (1) Ticket: $250
• Minimum Donation for one (1) Table for eight (8) guests: $2,500 
3. Enter your name under Recognition Name.
4. Under Comments, please provide the names of guests that are attending with you. If you do not know this yet, we will reach out to you closer to the event to get this information.
5. Complete the remainder of the form with your contact and billing information.
