Individual RegistrationPlease note: as a fundraiser for Celebration of Champions® you are helping to provide funding for programs that offer critical support and other assistance for children with cancer and their families throughout the course of illness, treatment and recovery. While insurance covers much of the medical treatment, it does not cover much of the social, psychological and emotional support programs that help children and families cope with a diagnosis of childhood cancer.
